Who We Are

Maryland Endocrine, PA is a group practice specializing in Diabetes, Endocrine and Metabolic disorders in adults, with offices in Columbia and Laurel. The practice was started by Dr Barry Lance in 1982 in Laurel, and expanded to Columbia in 1985. Our group currently provides expert outpatient consultative services to adult patients from a wide geographic area, and performs inpatient consultative services at Howard County General Hospital. Dr Argento has been the Diabetes Medical Advisor for Howard County General Hospital since 1994.
